We met our new mission president this week and he and his wife are sweethearts!

We didn't get to really celebrate the 4th of July. But we did make brownies, so that was a blast!
Those were a couple of highlights from my week. I hope you're all doing amazing 
Sorry to make it so short this week. I wasn't going to write at all, but I started feeling better and wanted to make sure everyone at least new I was alive.
In honor of the 4th of July, I wanted to share a scripture about freedom!
Mosiah 5:8
"And under his head ye are made free, and there is no other head whereby ye can be made free. There is no other name given whereby salvation cometh; therefore, I would that ye should take upon you the name of Christ, all you that have entered into the covenant with God that ye should be obedient unto the end of your lives."
True freedom comes through Christ and taking upon us his name. I'm so grateful for the freedom we have as a country and the freedom we have as disciples of Christ!
